The hotel has a restaurant for up to 150 people for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a semi-basement room that can be used for a gym or nightclub. On the territory of the hotel there is a large swimming pool, which is filled with water from the borehole, as well as a beautiful little church. Almost all rooms (35) have a beautiful sea view. In 2015 the owner replaced all plumbing in the building.
