A very nice plot at Pefkos of Skyros, the most beautiful green area of Skyros with an excellent vue to the sea, nearbye the road, with every facility (electricity, water, telephone), only 400 m. from the magnificient Pefko's beach, the wonderful and famous local tavern and the small protectif port for fisher boats or yachts etc, in a distance of about 10km from Skyros' town and about 5 km. from Linaria's port. The best place for a house for holidays or a touristic enterprise.
