SECTION (A): area with a surface of 114,000m2 within the urban planning zone pursuant to the Presidential Decree published on GG183/AAΠ/2017( which includes a luxury residence with a total surface of 547,22m2,comprising a 224,35m2 basement, a 178.25m2 ground floor and a 144,62m2 first floor, erected in O.T.(building block) 18. The area is divided into 18 building blocks with a total surface of 56,725.63m2, where (52)plots are created with a minimum façade of (15.00)m, a minimum surface 0f 800.00m2, a building factor of 0,40, a maximum coverage percentage of 50% and a maximum height of 7.50 m, on these plots, buildings with a total surface of 22,960.00m2 will be built pursuant to the Presidential Decree.
