The hotel has 281 rooms and operates on a 523-bed functional basis. Our rooms are 23 sq. M. Standard double (148 rooms) and 34 sq. The studios have kitchenettes (133 rooms).
 
The hotel is divided into 3 buildings. The main building (148 standard double) which in addition to the rooms has the lounge, the restaurant, the congress center and the basement with auxiliary spaces is a total of 8621 sq. Km.
 
Building 2 (65 Studios) total is 3461.45 square meters
 
Lastly, building 3 (68 Studios) is 3257.28 square meters
 
There is also the kitchen of the pool restaurant which is 100 sq. Meters. There are two pools.
 
The hotel is built in 20 acres and was renovated in 2002.
